Contributing to supporting the Company across all lines of business, with a primary focus on daily paying agent operations. Actively assuming daily paying agent duties, which include preparing and coordinating paying agent models, monthly settlement reports, and portfolio performance models for clients. Working closely with the Company's customers and capital providers to manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, enhance data exchange between the Company and its customers, and monitor collateral performance and borrowing base compliance. Building efficiencies to enhance financial and management reporting and developing additional metrics as requested.

Laid off due to internal IS restructuring. As a part of the enterprise analytics group and self-service analytics team, I create new data sets and maintain and monitor existing data sets housed in the Enterprise Data Warehouse. I define, document, and manage the definitions of key data elements. I establish metric and measure standards that the enterprise analytics group will use in the development of new reports and dashboards. In collaboration with other developers and project stakeholders, I review and certify new enterprise reports and changes to existing certified reports. I review and certify new code, monitor the accuracy of existing code, and certify changes to existing code. I define, document, manage, and enforce data privacy and security policies. I prioritize business requests for new data sets to empower disparate analytics teams and front-line workers to develop their own customized visual analytics (self-service analytics). I create training and support programs designed to improve data literacy among front-line employees, as well as communications campaigns that increase awareness of these programs.

As a senior healthcare business data analyst, I define, monitor, and report key management metrics around the health of an operations program (Franciscan Enterprise). I manage high-volume and high-complexity reporting and analytics, leveraging rigorous project management discipline. Partnerships have been forged with senior leaders in advancing the business analysis and reporting agenda, focused on insights delivery in areas around operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, quality enhancements, etc. I define, design, and drive high-priority strategic initiatives with senior-level visibility in the areas mentioned above, ranging from delivering business initiatives to engineering enabling capabilities.
